A comfortable starting point.
For adult partners and carers exploring ordinary household responsibilities. Prepare on your own, or share activities by agreement when everyone can choose freely and feels safe.
Each exercise is optional, and each person decides what to share. Shared exercises are unsuitable where there is fear, coercion, violence or pressure to disclose. These original educational activities do not provide therapy, diagnosis or crisis support, and no particular outcome is promised.
