Who you are buying from

Four Pillars Together is provided and sold by Four Pillars Counselling, Crawford Wellness Centre, 2 Picton Street, Howick, Auckland 2014, New Zealand. Contact together@fourpillars.co.nz or +64 21 080 43728 for programme or purchase questions.

Your programme

These self-guided programmes provide consumer education for adults in New Zealand and Australia. Each product page lists its written classes, activities, games and printable worksheets. Personalisation suggests a starting point and relevant wording based on your chosen preferences. Individual assessment, counselling appointments, videos and audio classes are not included. No particular relationship, parenting or wellbeing outcome is promised.

Everyday CBT and Everyday ACT teach skills and concepts through examples and optional practice. They do not diagnose a condition, select treatment or replace individual professional care. The research informing a method does not establish that these particular programmes have been clinically tested.

Life after the move is the New Zealand settling-in edition, including for Australians moving to New Zealand. It does not provide an Australian settling-in programme or immigration advice.

Price and access

Prices and checkout totals are in Australian dollars (AUD). Four Pillars Counselling is not New Zealand GST-registered. The checkout total identifies the amount payable and any applicable tax. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees if you pay from another currency. All customers are billed in AUD, including customers in New Zealand.

Each single-programme or bundle purchase is a one-off payment for 12 months of access from confirmed payment, with no automatic renewal. Access belongs to the purchasing adult. Couples, parenting and shared-household activities may be completed with the intended partner or carer in the household. Keep your sign-in link or code private; separate partner accounts are not included.

You need internet access and a current web browser. You can print worksheets for personal use during your access period. Saving programme progress to your account is optional and off by default; essential purchase records are kept to provide access.

Full-library membership

Monthly membership costs A$29 every month. Annual membership costs A$228 upfront every 12 months, equivalent to A$19.00 per month. Both renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout identifies the plan, recurring amount and billing period before you pay.

Membership includes all released individual programmes and their resources while your paid membership access is active. It is personal access for one adult account; intended couples and family exercises may be used within your household. Organisational delivery, counselling and separate professional products are not included.

You can cancel future renewal using My account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with access available until then. A failed renewal does not extend access into an unpaid period. Cancellation does not remove access from a separate one-off purchase. Contact together@fourpillars.co.nz if cancellation or billing needs help.

There is no additional change-of-mind refund policy for an unused part of a membership period. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unchanged and take priority. Full refunds remove the associated paid access; disputed payments may pause it while reviewed.

Friends and family trial codes

A valid trial code gives one verified adult account 60 days of free access to the programmes listed when it is redeemed. The 60 days start on redemption. No payment card is needed and the trial does not renew or become a paid subscription. Your account shows the end date. Each code can be used once; an email-free code is claimed by the first verified account to redeem it. The invitation specifies its redemption deadline. Free trial access may be cancelled by Four Pillars; this does not cancel a separate paid purchase or limit rights that apply by law. The personal-use and suitability conditions below also apply to trials.

Using the material

You may use and print activities for your personal participation. Selling, distributing or publishing programme material, or using it commercially with clients, requires separate permission. Keep printed personal reflections private. Activities are original educational resources; they are not Gottman Institute products and are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Institute.

Suitability

These programmes are general education for adults aged 18+. They do not provide therapy, diagnosis or crisis care. The parenting programme is written for adults caring for children aged roughly 5–10; children do not need an account. Each person decides what to share, and every exercise is optional. Sharing the Load includes a solo preparation route.

Use ordinary, manageable situations for practice. Shared exercises are unsuitable where someone feels afraid, controlled or pressured. Stop an exercise that does not suit you and seek individual professional or specialist support where appropriate. Nobody monitors your worksheet answers or provides emergency help through the programme. See support and suitability for help options in New Zealand and Australia.

Problems, refunds and consumer rights

If access fails or a programme is faulty or not as described, email Four Pillars Counselling with your purchase email and a description of the problem. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Please do not email card details or private worksheets.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act and the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights take priority over these terms.

For Australian consumers, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a failure is major, you may be entitled to reject goods or cancel services and obtain the applicable refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Other failures must be remedied as required by law. The remedy depends on the circumstances and the guarantees that apply; contacting us does not require you to give up your statutory choice of remedy.

For New Zealand consumers, applicable guarantees include acceptable quality for products and reasonable care and skill for services. Repair, replacement, cancellation, refund or compensation may be available depending on the failure and the law that applies. We will not require you to accept a remedy that limits a non-excludable right.

We do not offer an additional change-of-mind refund policy. Please use the free sample and read the programme description before buying. Any cancellation or refund rights that apply by law still take priority. A full refund removes access associated with that purchase. A disputed payment may pause access while it is reviewed; separate purchases and trial access remain subject to their own status.

Privacy and questions

Account and payment records are separate from the private reflections you write during an activity. Read the privacy information before using account features. Contact the seller above for access help, privacy requests or to raise a concern. This support service is not a counselling appointment or an emergency service.
