Clear scope, practical responsibilities and an honest view of what is ready.

At a glance
Your own delivery
Educational content and a framework used by your named facilitators with your own adults.
Defined annual scope
One legal organisation, agreed series, adult participant and facilitator allowances. Renewal is a separate decision.
Readiness before release
Content, cultural, access and pilot review; written terms; local support arrangements and facilitator preparation.
Purpose and status
Four original six-module adult learning series, edition 0.3-review. They are structured psychoeducational and practical learning resources for organisation-led delivery, not counselling sessions.
Clinical and educational, cultural and accessibility review and pilot evaluation remain release requirements. No formal accreditation, independent programme effectiveness evidence or completed professional review is claimed.
Public preparation guidance and samples do not grant delivery rights. Organisation sales and participant access remain subject to the existing pre-launch safeguards.
Written scope and permitted use
Agree the legal organisation, selected series, named facilitators, adult participant allowance, delivery format, start and end dates and resource edition in writing.
Annual allowances count distinct adults within 12 months; repeat use by the same person within the agreed scope is permitted. The NGO bundle allowance is per series, with three facilitator places across the licence.
Multisite delivery, other legal organisations, wider redistribution, translation and significant adaptations need separate agreement. Local context changes must preserve the resource’s purpose and boundaries.
The proposed licence covers programme resources and a delivery framework. The organisation provides facilitators, local participant support, staff time and implementation responsibility.
Resources, updates and delivery formats
The proposed package includes participant learning and workbook, facilitator guide, slides, self-directed orientation, rollout and evaluation templates, practice cards and 30-, 60- and 90-day review tools.
Paper, spoken and downloadable formats can be planned alongside digital delivery. SCORM 1.2 exports are test packages; an offline runtime simulation does not establish compatibility with a customer LMS.
Confirm the customer LMS import, completion behaviour, keyboard access, screen-reader experience and privacy settings before any digital participant release.
Agree how issued versions, corrections and resource updates during the licence will be distributed and acknowledged. No new monthly content, live facilitation or continuing professional accreditation is promised.
Implementation support and responsibilities
Proposed standard support covers email access and resource questions and up to two implementation questions per quarter. Contact route, response arrangements and escalation boundaries must be agreed before release; no response-time guarantee is currently established.
Live facilitation, clinical supervision, extensive customisation, translation and consulting are separate services subject to agreement.
The organisation confirms suitable facilitators, support and referral routes, safeguarding procedures, protected time and a backup contact. Four Pillars Together resources do not create an emergency response service.
Accessibility and cultural fit
Plain language, larger text, paper and spoken alternatives and browser read-aloud can assist access, but they are not evidence of WCAG compliance or a completed accessibility audit.
Review keyboard navigation, focus, contrast, screen-reader reading order, form labels, downloadable documents and customer LMS behaviour with the intended users and assistive technology.
Check language and cultural fit with relevant local guidance and participant input. Record changes and reviewer findings; do not assume an example is appropriate for every community.
Participant privacy and evaluation
Private workbook entries should remain with the participant unless they choose otherwise. Local download files and paper copies require the organisation and participant to decide storage, shared-device and disposal arrangements.
A customer LMS may record access, progress and completion under the organisation’s own configuration and policies. Check exactly what it captures, who can see it, retention and participant notice; do not promise anonymous LMS use.
Implementation evaluation is manual and optional. Collect the minimum useful counts, avoid health scores and identifying free text, and check small-group identification risk before reporting.
The current planning area is an owner-only draft tool, not an organisation customer portal or participant reporting system. Private worksheet reflections must not be entered into organisation planning records.
Fees, renewal and exit
Published organisation fees are proposed AUD amounts and enquiry-only. Confirm the final scope, applicable tax treatment, payment arrangements, permitted use and licence term in the written agreement.
Renewal is a separate written decision. Organisation licensing does not use an automatic recurring checkout. Agree what happens to issued materials, LMS copies and local records when a licence ends.
Agree who receives version notices, how departures or replacement facilitators are handled and the process for requesting a scope change. A pilot upgrade credit is subject to the agreed written terms.
Proposed fees and scope
Enquiry-only indicative amounts in AUD; final tax treatment and terms confirmed in a quote.
