LICENSED PROGRAMMES FOR ORGANISATIONS

Practical programmes.
Delivered by your people.

A clear learning pathway, useful resources and room to practise. Bring structured wellbeing and psychoeducational learning into your community, workplace or service, with delivery led by your own team.

In development · Licensing and pilot enquiries welcome. Organisation licences and these four delivery series are not on sale yet. Individual self-guided programmes are available separately.

PROGRAMMES IN DEVELOPMENT

Four series. Distinct needs.

Explore the current outlines as a starting point for a licensing or pilot conversation. Availability and suitability will be confirmed before delivery.

Together for Practices

Between sessions, into life

Six practical learning modules for adults to explore alongside their work with a practitioner. Notice everyday patterns, choose a manageable experiment and bring useful observations back to a session.

Adult clients · Practitioner-selected
Six 20–30 minute modules · Optional session discussion

Explore the six modules
  1. Choose a useful starting point
  2. Notice a pattern without judging yourself
  3. Create room to respond
  4. Take one workable step
  5. Ask, connect and set a limit
  6. Keep what helps and plan support

What participants will make

  • A personally chosen learning goal
  • A small, realistic practice experiment
  • A concise reflection to share by choice

A practitioner discusses suitability and agrees which modules fit. Clients choose their pace and what, if anything, they share.

Together for NGOs · Community participants

Finding footing, finding support

A practical adult learning series that makes room for everyday needs, support, belonging and choice. Use individually or in a supported small group, with paper and spoken alternatives.

Adult service users and community participants
Six 20–30 minute modules · Optional 45 minute groups

Explore the six modules
  1. Start with choice and what matters today
  2. Make the week a little more workable
  3. Find support that fits
  4. Make room for belonging
  5. Prepare for an everyday conversation
  6. Carry a small plan forward

What participants will make

  • A practical priority chosen by the participant
  • A usable support and connection map
  • A next-step plan that accounts for real barriers

Staff offer access without linking participation to services or eligibility. Facilitators support learning and follow their existing support and safeguarding procedures.

Together for NGOs · Staff and volunteers

Sustainable support, shared responsibility

Six modules for people supporting others: role boundaries, demands, supervision, handovers and team changes that make the work more sustainable.

Adult staff, volunteers and their coordinators
Six 25–35 minute modules · Optional 45 minute team sessions

Explore the six modules
  1. Make your role and limits clear
  2. Map demands and change the work
  3. Listen without taking everything on
  4. Use supervision and peer support well
  5. Make handovers and endings clearer
  6. Agree a team experiment and review it

What participants will make

  • A clearer role and escalation map
  • A practical workload or support improvement
  • A team action with an owner and review date

Coordinators provide time, participation choices and a route outside the immediate manager for concerns. Volunteers receive the same freedom to decline personal disclosure.

Together for Workplaces

Work that works for people

Six paired employee and manager modules for small businesses and corporate teams. Improve priorities, everyday conversations, team support and the design of work.

Adult employees, managers and worker representatives
Six 25–35 minute modules · Manager action in every module

Explore the six modules
  1. Notice work conditions, not personal weakness
  2. Make priorities and capacity visible
  3. Create a workable team agreement
  4. Have a supportive conversation
  5. Plan adjustments and sustainable change
  6. Review actions and keep learning

What participants will make

  • A shared description of one work-related problem
  • A concrete change to work with an accountable owner
  • A review based on working conditions and voluntary feedback

Employers provide work time and confidential routes for concerns. Managers address work conditions; employees are not asked to fix organisational problems through resilience alone.

WHAT YOU ARE LICENSING

A framework your organisation can deliver.

A programme licence gives your organisation permission to use agreed programme content, participant resources and a delivery framework with an agreed audience, under agreed terms. Your organisation runs the programme with its own community, staff, clients or participants.

You are licensing educational resources and a structured way to use them, not purchasing counselling sessions or booking Four Pillars to personally facilitate each group.

Programme selection, delivery format, implementation support, facilitator requirements and licensing terms are discussed together before anything is agreed. We will clarify what is included, who can use it and how it can be delivered.

WHO IT IS FOR

For the people you support.

NGOs & charities

Offer a planned learning pathway alongside existing services, or support staff and volunteers in their day-to-day work.

Workplaces & corporations

Make space for staff learning, supportive conversations and practical team actions within your organisation.

Community organisations

Bring people together around everyday wellbeing, belonging and adjustment, with a structure your own team can return to.

Practices & service providers

Explore educational resources for suitable clients or participants, alongside your existing professional support.

Interested in wellbeing, relationship, family or life-adjustment learning? Tell us about your audience. We can discuss which existing or developing programme may fit and what would need review before organisational delivery. The individual catalogue is available separately; individual access does not include an organisational delivery licence.

Structure that makes delivery easier to repeat.

A clear starting point

A sequence of modules, activities and resources gives your team a shared plan, so each group does not have to start from a blank page.

Room for real life

Discuss supported groups, team sessions or individual learning with optional discussion, depending on the programme, audience and agreed format.

Reach beyond one-to-one

Repeat a programme with agreed cohorts and build learning into your service. Licensed education can offer a scalable alternative to delivering every piece of support one-to-one, while leaving individual care available where needed.

A COMPLETE DELIVERY TOOLKIT

Less preparation. More practical learning.

Each series is being prepared as a usable delivery package, with resources for participants and the people running it. The current protected review edition includes:

For participants

  • Six substantial modules with worked examples and practice activities
  • Twelve realistic decision scenarios with feedback on each choice
  • A printable workbook with private reflection space
  • Six short refreshers and plain-language take-away cards
  • Optional 30-, 60- and 90-day learning reviews

For facilitators

  • A scripted, timed plan for every session
  • Orientation and scenario-based readiness exercises
  • Discussion prompts, common misunderstandings and follow-up guidance
  • Presentation slides and paper, spoken and larger-text options

For implementation

  • Preparation checklist and a staged rollout plan
  • Adaptable invitation, calendar, reminder and closing templates
  • Voluntary evaluation guidance with privacy protections
  • Manager or coordinator tools with accountable actions and review dates
  • A prepared 12-month activity and review schedule
  • Adaptable local support routes and organisation details

The protected edition also includes downloadable presentations, complete review packs, and SCORM 1.2 LMS test exports. LMS exports require successful testing in the organisation’s actual LMS before delivery. Larger-text and optional browser read-aloud summaries are available for owner review; full accessibility verification remains part of release review.

The workplace series has a separate manager action track. NGO resources focus on practical service or team decisions. Facilitator preparation supports responsible educational delivery; it does not confer accreditation or clinical qualifications.

What the proposed fee covers

The agreed series, participant workbook, facilitator guide, presentation slides, self-directed facilitator orientation, rollout and evaluation templates, and repeat delivery within the participant and facilitator allowance. Corrections and resource updates are included during the licence term.

Standard email support would cover access problems and resource-use questions during the licence term, with up to two implementation questions per quarter. Live facilitation, clinical supervision, extensive customisation, translation and consulting require separate agreement and pricing. Response arrangements will be confirmed before licensing.

A participant allowance counts distinct adults per series during the 12-month term. The same participant may revisit that series within the term. A bundle permits up to 100 adults in each included series. A licence applies to one legal organisation; multisite scope, larger volumes and multiple organisations need an agreed quote. Resources cannot be resold, sublicensed or used to train external facilitators without permission.

A licence permits agreed internal delivery for its term. It does not grant permanent redistribution rights or access to every individual programme. Future renewal will be a separate decision under the terms agreed at the time.

HOW IT COULD WORK

From a conversation to a workable programme.

1. Find the right fit

Tell us who you support, what you want the programme to help people explore, and your approximate group size. We will discuss programme selection and suitability.

2. Agree the framework

Discuss delivery format, resources, implementation support and licensing terms, including the audience, duration and permitted use. Release remains subject to review and readiness.

3. Deliver and reflect

Your people run the agreed programme through your organisation. Use voluntary feedback to reflect on usability and practical learning before planning another cohort within the agreed terms.

Practical education, with clear boundaries.

These are original educational series in development. They are not therapy, crisis support, accredited training or certification of workplace compliance. “Evidence-informed” describes the guidance informing development; it does not mean these programmes have demonstrated clinical effectiveness. Clinical, cultural and accessibility review and pilot feedback will inform release.

Participation and personal sharing stay optional. Private reflections are not employer or funder reports, and participation is not a clinical outcome measure. Organisations retain their own safeguarding, referral and support responsibilities.

For workplaces, individual learning sits alongside changes to workload, support and work design. Managers remain responsible for taking appropriate action through their organisation’s processes.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Clear expectations before delivery.

Can our own people deliver the programme?

That is the proposed model. Named facilitators use the agreed content and framework with the organisation’s own adults. Facilitators need suitable preparation, a clear role and local support arrangements. They are not authorised to provide counselling or clinical supervision by completing orientation.

Can we use paper, spoken or remote formats?

The review toolkit includes specific guidance for self-guided learning, supported sessions, paper or spoken alternatives, and remote or shift-based settings where appropriate. Agree access needs and privacy before delivery. Cultural adaptation, translation and accessibility review require appropriate people and are not assumed complete.

Can we use our own LMS or local support information?

SCORM 1.2 test exports have been prepared for owner review. Actual LMS integration and accessibility testing must be completed before participant use. Draft resources can be personalised with the organisation’s name, support and escalation routes, and delivery formats. This does not grant a white-label resale or sublicensing right.

What can we report to our organisation or funder?

Use voluntary feedback about clarity, access and practical usefulness, alongside evidence that agreed organisation actions happened. Keep private workbook answers and identifiable feedback out of reports. The toolkit includes small-group safeguards and a local summary builder. Attendance, satisfaction or completion do not establish clinical outcomes, compliance or financial return.
